The School We'd Like'
Noah, Nidhi and Eleanor did a fantastic job representing the school at the 'School we'd Like' regional final in Birmingham.
They confidently presented the Robotic Dog idea to the judges who included the author Jeremy Strong, whose books include The Hundred-Mile-an-Hour-Dog and Cartoon Kid, the explorer Mark Wood and representatives from Guardian News and Zurich Insurance.
After watching all the school presentations the children had lunch and returned to school feeling very proud of themselves.
The judges will now decide which school goes forward to the final in March. Fingers Crossed.
Thanks to Mark and Niall, engineers at Caterpillar and David a robotics expert at De Montfort University for their help in preparing for the competition.
